How many can I take?
-Only 1 is needed. 1 shot is equivalent to 2 tablespoons.
How long is it good for?
-Fruit infused gels are good for up to 2 weeks because of the natural acids in fruits. I always recommend freezing your gels if you know you’re not going to use them daily. Take 7 shots out the box for the week and freeze the rest. Pull more out as needed!
How many people is this box good for?
-If these were mine, I wouldn’t share honestly bc they’re that damn good but if you must, it can be with whomever your heart desires. Remember the more people who eat out of it, the quicker it’ll be gone. Make sure to re-order before you run out to avoid skipping a day.
